• All items discreetly packaged in a brown unmarked box labeled shipped by "Peekay Inc".
• Credit card charged as "Peekay Inc".
• Currently no Sales Taxes are collected when you shop with us except orders shipped within Washington state.
• Ordered items that are out of stock may take up to 7 business days to get shipped following our receipt of the order (Saturday and Sunday not included).
• Most orders ship from Washington State. Some items may be shipped in separate shipments or from a different location
• Items that ship from a separate location do not necessarily ship the same day the rest of your order does. There may be a time zone delay for these orders.

• All battery operated products are tested before being shipped to ensure that they are in good working condition.
• Many of our products are of a personal nature, therefore NO returns or exchanges of any kind are accepted. Lingerie items can ONLY be exchanged with the manufacturers tags still attached and ONLY for same garment in a different size. Ship the lingerie item back to us in good condition and indicate the size desired to receive exchange.
• Ground shipping time is 1-3 days West Coast and 3-6 days East Coast (Monday � Friday).
• Please note that in the event of an extreme catastrophe (weather), we cannot make any guarantees in regards to shipping transit times.
• Orders shipping to PO Boxes as well as APO/FPO addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
• All International orders will be shipped via USPS.
• We cannot ship DVDs or Videos to Canada or Australia per their customs laws. Orders with only DVDs or Videos will be canceled. Multiple product orders will be shipped complete without the DVD or Videos.
• International orders may require you to pay an import tax dependant upon your countries laws and rates.
